The industry of football is now a reality, but the need to establish standards that protect the game and the fans is more than ever a priority needs to remain competitive sports and financial. Although the organizational level there are no perfect matches and taking into account that each league shall adopt the measures it considers important for its reality, there are measures that are applied to boost competitiveness of the tournaments, while the administration and financial supervision required.

Met some measures to be implemented that would make any football league better:
[1.] Started with the implementation of the French system of monitoring and managing sports and financial. The DNCG (National Directorate for Control and Management) is an independent body linked to the French government, responsible for overseeing the financial management of clubs, reports and accounts, legal and fiscal analysis, that penalizes sportingly the financial failure of clubs.

[2.] The participation of clubs in the internal decisions of their leagues and associations is another important issue at the administrative level competitions. In this case we call attention to the Premier League English, which divides the importance and weight of each club and their right to vote in decisions taken in Parliament, according to their performance in sports last season, while the importance of each club and their interests.

[3.] The implementation of technological means to support the arbitration, is an extremely important and although not being implemented in any league is part of the measures necessary for the credibility of the game. The form used in other arrangements, where each team captain to challenge decisions of the 3 referee per game, would give the utility the integration of a 5 element of arbitration, which reveria bids, approving or modifying the arbitrator's decision to field.

[4.] The integration of more than 50% of players born at home in 11 league start for each team, is another important measure to prevent adulteration of the championships. In recent months the President of FIFA Joseph Blatter has struggled to implement this system, however the politicians do not seem interested in protecting the identity of the tournaments, seeing the sport as a matter of minor importance.

[5.] The support that regional and local governments provide to clubs should be geared not to the acquisition of players abroad, but for the creation of centers for training of players. The rules should be clear of governments to promote the sport among young people. A maximum exponents of the world is without doubt the Academy Sporting / Puma, which through its training center, has 2 players in the last decade with the title of best player in the world.

[6.] The centralization of management and marketing of the brand of each competition / league, with a particular focus for the management of merchandising and TV rights groups. This is essential to increasing revenue, drawing fans to the game and fostering the football spectacle. Cases such as the UEFA Champions League and English Premier League caps are examples of the success of this measure.
